Heck, I couldn't even get through the tutorial. It locked up my game and wouldn't let me exit without finishing it. I did finally get out and can continue with the reason I'm playing the game... which isn't the events.

Is it possible for the devs to set it up (perhaps next time?) that the guides keep going from red to green instead of just being gray much of the time? I know there are the binoculars, but it would be helpful if they wouldn't stop changing the colors. I am not good with depth perception, especially on a flat screen and a line that is a "few feet" above the rooftop.

Nice to have another new event next to the familiar ones. Although I prefer events that need heli orders to get the stuff for the event shop.
I miss the coins/XP when Event products are ready to be used and I don't like to use Tcash to continue the game.
But no space needed in barn, so you don't hear me complain ;)

Hey, thank you so much LifeJacket. I already made some changes - minor ones.

As to piggie and me, he is having to use his parachute a lot more. Good thing I bought the deco I wanted, sure ain’t gonna win it.

This event has been very enjoyable for me, and so far I’ve had no problems with it. Great job!

I’m glad the arrow thingy stays grey. I played the tutorial like “well this is cool but where’s the challenge?”.

I haven’t got too stuck in yet. Just making fireworks for now.

One of my teammates said you can jump over buildings too, same as in the delivering presents event. Although I found that harder to judge than just hitting all of them...or most of them.

I think it's a good job we don't have to grow the silk to make the parachutes. .. :)

Tutorial was fine, first run with the grey lines I thought this isn't too bad...have now used all 70 rockets I've made today and not got past the third roof since. Maybe not the game for me. :D

I love this event. I haven’t needed a parachute once and I’m on the 3rd level. I think I’ve had a lot of practice with this kind of thing in a certain bird game. :)

Although we have to make plenty of other stuff (toy pigs, tangerine cakes, etc.) to make fireworks.
But overall I really am enjoying this event!

Im really enjoying this event. I dont think the colours should stay past the tutorial as then there is no challenge at all. I still fall off on a regular basis but think I am improving...i hope..

I know different games appeal to different people but with two new events recently, which dont use up barn space, Playrix does seem to be noting at least some of our suggestions/comments..... ☺

Well, I hope you're doing better in the game. I wandered over here to see if anyone else was having as many problems as I am with this game ... you appear to be the only one!

I guess I'll eventually catch on. I know I had problems the first event with the fishing and the snowboarding but eventually got the hang of it.

I've read all the tips here ... will get back to the game and try a few.

That was one of the first things I checked ... to see if barn space was used. Since it's not, I'll continue to try. That makes a lot of difference.

I’m not finding it too hard but i’m glad Piggy has a parachute to float safely to the ground (unlike the Christmas delivery trucks that careened off into the void lol)

Is anyone else having difficulty playing the lantern game? As in the pig keeps freezing up and then I lose a shot.

Love this challenge! Soon will get next reward then one more done.

Yes, this is a fun event. I'm not really having trouble with the rocket jumps except for the times that my fingers slip off the edge of the screen while I'm adjusting the trajectory. Happens every now and again. Finished all the personal goals already.

I'm wondering if anything from the event will show up as a regatta task, light lanterns or collect tickets.

What a farce that someone at level 17 can be leading the global top with 32,000 lanterns. Obviously a cheater, yet Playrix do nothing to remove them.

With the time that has lapsed the best you could do would be 3000 to 3500, with a lot of spending.

lol, yes, they are bold. When they first appeared, they were lvl 9, and while I typed a sentence about them in Chat, they went to lvl 12, LOL. Rank 2 is at lvl 22 and a harmless 4k....
They are so obvious that I think Playrix can't overlook them. :)

Global has been fixed.

I finally got a little better. So glad! I was thinking that is really have to buy both the prize decos.

One thing that was weird though, when I collected a binocular during play, and it shone green on a jump, then I made the jump and poor piggie didn't quite make it and bounced off the corner, then used his little parachute.

I thought if you lined it up green, it guaranteed you would land on the building.

I seem to do much better at this when I switch off my brain and just go as fast as I can. Now I worked that out, I like it a lot.

I'd rather watch him smack into the side of a building and slide to his death a la Wile E Coyote, personally. But you can't please everyone.

I like most games, but really having a hard time with this one. Maybe it is my tablet, but it is super difficult to project his trajectory. I can get it to go higher, but to lower it is impossible, it refuses to lower. No point in spending resources if I can't make the first jump.

Hi Smile. Early on I struggled with that too. No, the arc doesn’t go lower, but your focus should be on the very tip end of the arc where it points downward - hover it above your target roof below, let go and piggy should land where you aimed.

So far I've seen 105 envelopes for 135 points and 880 lanterns for 135 points.

I’ll chime in. I found it rather easy and have completed my personal goal. I never spent any T-dollars either, and I did 2-135 envelope tasks in no time, as I “saved up” for the regatta.
I like the binoculars!:cool:

The sliding platform didn’t appear until after I met all my personal goals and the towers got a few inches smaller.

Annoyances to me was the reporter girl trying to high-jack me on every play for a chest! No thank you. I won’t spend 3 T-dollars for what could possibly be a SHOVEL in that “precious” chest of hers!:p

Best thing about that chest (and the chains on sliding platform) is that when it looks like i have overshot, poor Piggy smacks into the chest or chain and bounces back to safety...☺

So far, I am enjoying this game! Have completed 3 event related tasks. Piggy is funny to watch either when I under or over shoot building :)

But all I keep thinking is PiggyKong :) :)

If you drag it out sideways you can get a lower arc. So I pull down to get a steep curve first, then pull to the left to widen and smooth it out. I'm on a good sized screen, tho, and I suspect that helps me see the tip of the curve a lot.

Thank goodness for the envelope event regatta tasks. You don't have to complete the piggy run to get your envelopes so even dodgy jumpers like me can do it. In fact, I often get more envelopes on a failed run than on a successful one! These tasks have made the event a lot of fun for me and I'm actually getting good at it.

Great event! Took a few times to figure it out but I like it! Agree with Bess that it might be funny to see piggy smack into the side of the building and slide down, but I guess that is rather sadistic so glad he can float safely with the parachute.
And glad my prizes this time included animal cards!

Sofar, lm the second in my competition board with 429 envelopes. I had a hard start & wasted ~15 fireworks, but now, I do it far better :D.
Just wonder how the global top guys could reach 11k envelopes. it seem impossible :confused:
Anyway, I feel that resource to make fireworks always included 1 red/pink item. :)

I absolutely love this event!, and purchasing the treasure chests along the way have been great.. T-cash, in upwards to 20 envelops as prizes. But I just lost about 160 in T-cash in the rocket maker.. one rocket needed 2 bagels, I needed to go to factory to retrieve, but accidentally hit the tab to automatically fill the bagels with t-cash BOOM 160 gone! Shouldn't the 'confirm' to spend t-cash be on everything? 😢😢

the 'confirm' to spend t-cash is set in 'Additional Settings' I guess. Anyway 160 t-cash is over my total t-cash, spending 16 t-cash is very serious to me :)
