This is an amazing game in of itself. It would be awesome if it became a permanent part of the game. Something like an endless mode to earn gold? I'm not sure but I will hate to see it go. Thanks.

I don't like it at all. There are a lot of restaurant games you can play outside Township. I think this event it has nothing to do with TS.
For once I agree with you Miss Sloane lol. I can't even see any rewards yet and I've played and deleted similar cooking games in the past. What has this to do with our towns that we take great pride in building? Absolutely nothing
If you tab on the present on the lower right side of the reastaurant you can find the rewards. There are 7 of them.
Guess it's another revenue collecting exercise on behalf of Playrix
Oh yep I found that early in the peace and thought is this all I get? Sorry not good enough for me when I've fed Playrix for so long. Not any longer lol
We are all suckers here
I like restaurant games but they get boring very quickly, which is why I'm delighted to play this limited one!
Curses on the fiend who thought up the hour delay between orders. I must resist buying the speed up, must resist, must resist.... arrggghhhh...I couldn't resist.
.BRB
I really don't like this event. It's like the fishingevent we had earlier: waiting, waiting, waiting and a terrible competition against other players who use T-cash to end in first place.
Couldn't agree more actually. I love this game love the concept, met great friends- but I hate the money side of things man have I fed my share, and what I hate the most is the influence of certain teams that are in the know. Therefore it's not a level playing field for the rest of us
And now they are asking for frying pans?? To play the event? Cmon Playrix make it so we want to play. You won't suck any more money out of me
I've worked it out. The ultimate prize is 20tc wow so generous when every week that's easily doable without spending a cent. Can't you all see the ripoff here?
This is a lousy one. I understand that Playrix has to generate revenue, but this is plain lousy. Every hour , pay up 6 TC or wait ! Not worth it.
Money making rubbish which has nothing to do with Township. Devs would be better employed fixing up al the bugs and glitches instead of coming up with stupid games like this.
Totally agree!!
Think of it this way. Any F2P game has to present something worth buying so they can earn revenue. Because without revenue there's no game.
A great selling point is convenience, but it only goes so far. The best revenue is in Pay to Win (P2W) stuff. And if you're running a business it's a source of revenue you can't ignore.
However, you can't make your game blatantly P2W, because that would make the game totally unfair and all your free players would leave, and the smaller paying players as well. You would destroy your game. Clearly Playrix devs realize this, and the P2W they put in Township is limited to events like this.
The devs need to please all of us: free players, small paying players ("sardines"), big spenders ("whales"). And there -is- something for all of those in the game. This means it's give and take for us at times. Stuff that's better suited for the whales won't be much good for the sardines or free players, etcetera.
It's either this "give and take" that gives Playrix the revenue for frequent updates, or a Buy to Play game where updates are bought expansions/DLC. Your choice.
Has anyone figured out an easy way to tell difference between the things that are the same color in sandwiches and burgers? On my phone it is hard to distinguish. Example: cheese and mustard. Or ketchup and tomato. It took me four tries to get this clown's order correct (literally, it was the Clown character). He got pretty steamed I was taking so long.
Won't be doing this challenge. Not even to the first prize and the guy wants 24 wheat, 2 shrimps and a cookbook I don't have...
No barn space, not wasting shrimp, not waiting to make a cookbook...
Adios, restaurant challenge!

I don't like time management games, because I am too slow. That is why I play Township.
And now... oh no!
Just a heads up that if you purchase all three offers, you get a bonus item called "Cooking Masterpiece Banner."

It's very big and not too pretty though, so not sure if it's worth it. Seems better to go for one offer you prefer.
Yes I am having the same problem. It is really hard sometimes to see what the customers want. I failt a couple of times myself.
The cheese is a lighter yellow and appears in a neat square. The mustard is a golden yellow and appears as a messy squiggle. The ketchup/tomatoes are very close in color, but the first has rounded edges and the second is again a messy squiggle.
Working more off shape than color has been helpful for me on my phone. You can also look at placement...cheese is usually directly underneath or above meats, condiments are usually the top-most ingredient, etc.
I keep stuffing my buns and sandwiches with tikki and bacon. Customers keep rejecting it. Dont really like throwing food in the dustbin. If only i could get into the game and force feed them all.
Dont know if the bench station is upgradable but wish we couldve prepared more than just one item at once..
I am afraid it is not upgradable. The only items you can make two of each team is the meat.
I agree that this is not the sort of thing I enjoy, or what I play Township for. I too have tried many other time management restaurent ames and always ended up deleting then because I find them boring. The fishing game was boring too and I stopped bothering with it because I got nowhere with it.
How about a limited event centered around the zoo?
OK, I'm not one to complain a lot but I'm calling BS on this event.
Not only do I have to wait an hour before a new set of customers show up (the "break time") but when the hour's up, I have to provide some products to continue as well. These products will take me over an hour to produce. Why did you make me wait an hour in the first place? 24 carrots to continue! BS!

Maybe im the only one....but im enjoying this event, lol!!!
Agree totally, cdosr. I thought I could spend the TCash I bought this morning to make up for being unable to play during my work day. Well, it is a very expensive proposition AND after spending the cash I find I need a gazillion stawberries (they take 1 hr), cookbook, or a chef hat, etc.
I am going through cotton, carrots, corn, chilis etc. like a mad woman - and for what? This is crazy.
Beware the hot dog that is hidden under sqiggles of ketchup and mustard. I threw away a perfectly good hot dog before I realised what was missing.
Hi Tina. I've been having similar problems on my phone. It's hopeless I just keep doing the wrong order, very frustrating.
Seriously. Had it had the preview feature like in planes, it wouldve made much sense. Otherwise it just looks like playrix wants us to wait and wait some more and not play the game?
I was enjoying the game but this has totally pushed me off the wagon.
The thing is i want to play the game whenever i want to like the last event, dont really like to be the slave of the game.
I always enjoy reading the postings of Vuurvi and cdosr who have the big picture of a software enterprise and how they provide the game experience in a constant balancing act between gouging and just staying in business. This event provides two different paths to getting the decorations you have your eye on. For those flush with t-cash, you can buy them outright and spend your time doing other things. For those on a budget, you can play the event and win them. And you can do some of both. This one runs 9 days? So, Playrix is providing flexibility to you, the consummate game consumer.
Not liking the event. Don't like the hour wait. Don't like all the products needed. Don't like the "prizes".....I will never display them in my town. The update is a disappointment, the event is waste of time and products. Nine days is too long. I'm done with Township til the next update at the end of the month. Have a nice day...lol :)
I like it! The rewards are cute and exactly what I was wanting to decorate my theme park area.
You can upgrade the restaurant for a shorter wait time, with the coupons you earn from filling orders.
I bought the offer that had the little ice cream parlor. Not sure if I want the other one with the hot air balloon, I'd rather it looked more like a classic hot air balloon than a chef's hat.
When I leveled up, I seem to have lost all restaurant upgrades, I had done on the prior level. Grrrr
How about frying pans? That's what they want from me. It's a joke
I love this! What a relief after the recent Gardenscapes event, where there was no reason to play if you couldn't win the competition.
To the complainers, I will point out that you have nine days!
I'm really excited. I've seen these restaurant games in the heli ads but never downloaded them. I'd love to hear tips from people who play those games, particularly on what should be upgraded first!
