Stuck middle of loading bar. Possible to start over level 0 on same device ?

I can't open the game, it stuck at the middle of loading bar...
So I can't tap Setting in game and delete personal data.
What should I do ?

Maybe the last level is 400, I forgot the exact number.
I won the level, but my device shut down, because my battery runs out.

And now I can't open my game. I think the problem my last levels not close correctly.
So how to remove the save progress from my device ?
Even though I didn't sign in with Facebook.

• Reinstall not work
• Clear Cache not work
• Clear Data not work
• Turn off the internet not work
• Stuck at the middhe of Loading Bar
• Send Email always same answer and not work

Please help me without buy a new device. :(
