A new event.

Looks like we'll have the opportunity to win Tcash.

Certainly hope so, my tcash is pretty low at the moment. Though I don't expect to win any in the top prizes with the competition. I am not that good in this event, but I do enjoy it :D

I don’t have this event on m y calendar board ... wonder if I will get it later or if it isn’t for all platforms,

For clarity, I'm on Kindle.

It's the 9th or so announcement in the Event Calendar, we have a million there atm. Did you scroll right far enough?
(not tapping on the arrow, which opens the description for any event, just swipe the whole display)

On Android, that is, and I had a mini update 2 days ago (no change in description, so don't know what for), maybe check there, too?

Yes I have checked for an update because one is due for June so I am checking anyway.

Ore Galore is only nr 6 to the right - I seem to remember, though, there were less before than now, just not when exactly.
I have 14 to the right of the current event, before the "coming soon"-end.

Originally my calendar only showed a few. I only knew about the return of the experiments and "cash splash" from reading the FB groups.

I didn't apply the June 4th mini-update because of all the "connect to server issues" and people returning to level 1 and/or losing their towns. So I turned off auto-update and it is still off.

Today I checked the calendar and everything's there through the return of Hammer Time, Transport Magnate, and Spacious Railcars (+53 days). So it's not the update but some other magic that adds the information to the calendar.

I have just had an upgrade for my tablet, though I’m not sure that would affect my game.
But I checked again and I now have all the events on my calendar.
I think it will have been coincidence though...

Wow. A 1000 tcash reward for finishing all the tasks sounds way too big to be giving out like goal 5 reward. There's got to be a catch, like it's impossible to finish all the tasks without spending 1000 tcash rushing things.

Obviously I don't want to spoil your party, but could it be that the visible number '1000' as associated unit does not have Tcash but tokens or something like that?
Perhaps the beta testers among us can provide more clarity on this.
And I agree: clarity doesn't always bring pleasure.

I'd say the picture clearly shows tcash, not coins. it could at best be completely unrealistic and only show the idea of ​​a reward - but I don't think so either.

They usually have a mini update, before the actual update. That's when the calendar updates.

About the event... It says complete tasks, NOT compete with each other... so I don't think it's a competition. Someone implied it would be, maybe they just didn't see the event picture before they commented on it."Complete special tasks and win prizes", just like the "professor's experiments". If we have to compete, then it's a big lie. Considering the ads for this game, it's not unlikely :D. But I still think it's not a competition. We'll have to see what kind of tasks we have to complete and how fast. That migh be an issue, unless you are on the game all day. And it definetely should be 1000 t-cash. And btw, that might sound a lot to a F2P player, but it's not that crazy. It's just much more, than what they gave us in the past. We'll see...

You are right Rocketto...they don’t mention competition.
I am now interested what those tasks will be. “Special” implies they could be tasks that are only done for this event.
So it could be a whole new ball game, with tasks we haven’t done before.

I agree the tcash is not that crazy, but I guess to see it, it looks like a big payout, probably as you say because it’s the highest they’ve done.
Which again makes me wonder what they will have us do to get it.

Is that about anniversary time? Sometimes developers do give really nice bonuses to players as anniversary gifts.

My event calendar finally updated and it does not show a cash splash event at all. At 28 days is another Prof Verne. 38 days is industrial boom and 39 days has double reward. Hammer Time (42days) Transport Magnate (52days) and Spacious Railcars (53days) all show as well. Guess I'll just wait and see what happens.

It's September 22nd if I recall correctly. I wonder if there will be an entry fee for CSE. This would be the Carnie Way. Expect some difficulties/challenges in reaching the finish line. After all, T1000 is nothing to sneeze at.

The CASH SPLASH event showed up on my calendar yesterday and today is gone. is anyone here facing the same issue

Rarely do we see a public retraction of a promoted promise by an app/software publisher (and without explanation, but that's the Playrix m.o.). I would love to hear the story behind this latest fiasco. I have lost count on how many there have been since the infringement of Woody Allen's likeness.

CSE is Cash Splash Event. The Carnie Way is to offer/promote rigged games of "skill" to carnival goers (aka "marks"). Yes on CFO. I have a notion that says Playrix realized T1000 was too generous and impactful on their revenue stream.

My guess is that 1000 T-cash was a mistake and it was meant to be 100 :D So someone's in trouble, and it will probably reappear again in a couple of weeks/months with a different name...

The value of one pack of 1000 Tcash is about 40 euro.
If a million players reached the end of the Event it will be 40 million real cash that won't be spent in the next couple of months.
So maybe you were right in the value op the price and Playrix made this same calculation and found out it would hurt them economicly.

Or there was a mistake found in the event and fixing wasn't that easy to prepare on time. In that last case the CSE will possibly appear in the future.
